Tackling your food triggers

Don't let bad habits prevent you from making progress. To tackle your food triggers, have a healthy plan B.

  • Have a tea with just one biscuit, or skip it!
  • Chop up some pieces of fruit or raw vegetables to munch on
  • If you're bored or upset, go for a walk with a friend
  • Cook a healthy dish and freeze individual portions
