When you think about your goals, remember these golden rules. Your goals should be:
A goal like “exercise more” is not specific.
A more specific goal is “go for a 20-minute walk 3 times this week” instead.
Starting with a goal like “walk 5km every day” is not realistic.
A more specific goal is “walk 2.5km 3 times this week” instead.
A goal like “eat less biscuits” is not measurable.
A more specific goal is “eat only 2 biscuits per day this week” instead.
Set only two or three goals at a time.
