Stay active at work
Here are some tips on how you can get more activity into your day at work:
- Take the stairs instead of the lift or escalator
- Go for a brisk walk at lunchtime
- If you take a bus to work, get off one stop early and walk the rest of the way
- Replace some coffee breaks with fitness or desk exercise breaks
- Keep a pair of comfortable running shoes at your desk, in your bag or in your car and take advantage of any sunny lunchtimes.
